Luthai Textile Co., Ltd., founded in 1987, is a global apparel solutions provider with leading fabrics as its core business. This project involves one 10KV medium-voltage substation and one 22KV high-voltage substation. The Acrel products procured for this project include: Acrel power monitoring system, AM5 series protection relay, and PZ96L multi-function meter.

Project Proposal

One Acrel power monitoring system; 10KV medium-voltage distribution room: 23 AM5 series protection relays, 23 PZ96L multi-function meters; 22KV high-voltage distribution room: 24 AM5 series protection relays, 27 PZ96L multi-function meters.

Project Results

1. Enables real-time data acquisition and storage, unified backend monitoring, and provides functions such as remote equipment operation and data anomaly early warning;

2. Effectively reduces the need for on-duty personnel and lowers labor costs; 

3. Records waveforms during accidents, greatly improving problem-solving efficiency; 

4. Collects, summarizes, and analyzes electricity consumption data to create more accurate production plans;

5. Ensures safer, more efficient, and stable production for customers, guaranteeing their production and operation.
